We are proud to be part of and to continue with this gastronomic legacy that began in 1918 when Michele la Nonna Graziela's great-grandmother opened her first restaurant in Pescara, (Abruzzo). More than 20 years have gone by since Michele arrived in Mallorca and revealed his most personal, traditional and creative cuisine focused on quality products, so as to become a reference of Italian cuisine on the island.
