OUR STORY

It all started in 1918

Michele Caporale is part of the third generation of restaurateurs.

Our story begins in 1918, when Michele's great-grandmother, Nonna Graziela, opened her first restaurant in Pescara (Abruzzo). His grandfather Nono Don Donato Simone continued with the activity until his mother Antonieta took over later on.

His passion, creativity and love for his work brought Michele to Mallorca, where at present he offers us his most artistic, inspiring and authentic cuisine daily;

A Signature Cuisine where traditional recipes are combined with true gastronomic innovations.
